  <li><strong>Free shipping</strong> on orders <strong>$30 USD and up</strong></li>
  <li><strong>Express options</strong> available at checkout (UPS 2nd Day &amp; Next Day Air)</li>

<h3>🇨🇦 Canada</h3>

  <li><strong>$17 CAD</strong> flat rate on orders under <strong>$40 CAD</strong></li>
  <li><strong>$13 CAD</strong> flat rate on orders <strong>$40 CAD and up</strong></li>

We subsidize all international shipping—because we want our Canadian customers to get the good stuff without paying half the price in postage.

<h2>Processing &amp; Delivery Time</h2>

  <li>Orders usually ship within <strong>1–3 business days</strong></li>
  <li>You’ll get a tracking number via email once your label is printed</li>
  <li>Estimated transit time begins once the carrier picks up your package</li>

  <li><strong>U.S. orders:</strong> typically 2–5 business days (can take up to 14 during peak times)</li>
  <li><strong>Canada orders:</strong> typically 5–10 business days (can take up to 4 weeks depending on customs)</li>

  <li><strong>Hazardous Materials:</strong> Certain products (like aerosols or alcohol-based formulas) may be restricted to ground shipping and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.</li>
  <li>We do not currently ship to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes.</li>
