Returns & Refunds – Hamilton Grooming

Due to the personal nature of grooming products—and to ensure the safety and hygiene of every customer—we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

That said, we stand behind what we make. If it’s your first time ordering from us and something’s not right, we’ll make it right. We call it our Satisfaction Promise—a one-time, no-risk offer for first-time customers who genuinely didn’t vibe with their order.

If you're not satisfied with your first purchase, email us at support@hamiltongrooming.com within 14 days of delivery.

Here’s how it works:

  • Applies only to your first order
  • Covers up to $100 USD worth of product
  • No returns required, but we may ask for:
    • A quick photo of the product
    • Feedback on what didn’t work
  • Refund or store credit issued at our discretion
  • Limit one Satisfaction Promise per customer or household

We offer this because we believe in our products—and in treating people right. That said, if we spot abuse (e.g., bulk orders, repeated claims, fake info), we reserve the right to deny the request and restrict future purchases.

Third-Party Purchases

If you bought Hamilton Grooming products through another retailer or website, you’ll need to reach out to them directly. We can only support orders placed through hamiltongrooming.com.
